In a transaction worth 18 million euros, two industrial parks located in western Romania add to the portfolio of logistics and industrial properties of Globalworth, the largest office owner in the country and one of the major players in the industrial space market. The acquisition was made from the giant's industrial development partner, Global Vision.
In the first quarter of this year, a total of 264,000 sq m of industrial space were rented on the Romanian market, according to the report launched by CBRE, the leader of the real estate consulting market. The traded volume marks an increase of 43% compared to the same period last year, in the context in which 2020 was a record year for the industrial space market.

MLP Group was assisted in completing the transaction by JLL, a real estate services company responsible for commercialising the entire project in Romania.
Globalworth and Global Vision announce new tenants for the first phase of the Constanța Business Park project. Mobexpert is among the new members of the Globalworth Industrial community, Globalworth's logistics and light industrial sub-brand. The leading company on the Romanian furniture market leased an area of approx. 2,000 sqm. Continuing the global eCommerce growth trend, the space will include office and storage areas meant to serve Mobexpert’s clients in South-Eastern Romania.
