Transactions Record Volume in 2016 for Bucharest Land Market

Land market in Bucharest has reached in 2016 a new record in volume, as plots were transacted with a total area of 110 hectares, 144 pct. increase compared to 2015 and 3.5 pct. higher than the precedent record year for the market, 2007, when 106 hectares were sold.
