Cargus is the new tenant of Globalworth and Global Vision in Constanța Business Park, one of the largest business parks in Southeast Europe. The courier company is consolidating its operations in a class A, ambient warehouse unit, having an area of 2,800 square meters, which also includes an office space of 250 square meters.
Enel X Romania, the advanced energy services division of the Enel Group, is currently building a solar park with a total installed capacity of almost 3 MW for logistics real estate specialist WDP (Warehouses De Pauw Romania).
