Mega Image becomes the tenant of Globalworth and Global Vision, in Chitila Logistics Hub. The food retailer leased a warehouse with a total area of 4,500 square meters, with temperature-controlled areas and office spaces within the logistics hub developed in the northwest of Bucharest.
The cosmetics, food supplements and parapharmaceuticals company Green Net is already carrying out its activity in Chitila Logistics Hub. It is about a space of 2,500 square metres (offices and storage areas).
The developer of logistics parks WDP has completed 157,600 sqm of logistics parks on the Romanian market, in Ștefăneștii de Jos, Sibiu and Slatina, following investments of 97 million euros.
