For the first logistics units within the Constanța Business Park and Chitila Logistics Hub projects - industrial parks owned and developed in a partnership with Globalworth - the fit-out works are in progress, in accordance with the tenants' requirements. These are storage and distribution operations units, with areas of over 20,000 sqm, strategically positioned, in well-connected areas, namely in Constanța, in the immediate vicinity of the port and in Chitila, near the ring road of the Capital.

“At the moment, we are working hard to accommodate tenants in the warehouses within Constanța Business Park - a large mixed-use project, developed on a plot of 100 Ha - and Chitila Logistics Hub - for companies that assume the promise of rapid distribution of goods. The entire team focuses its efforts on delivering the promised spaces to our customers and receiving them in the best conditions, as we have committed. We are talking about companies in industries such as distribution, retail, ecommerce, pharma and food & beverage operations.
For some of them, we have special requirements, such as, for example, the installation of temperature-controlled areas. This is a challenging and extremely interesting project for one of our clients who decided to have their own warehouse dedicated to the ecommerce division. We will talk about it at length in the future", says Raul Petrache, technical director of Global Vision.
In Oradea, Global Vision is preparing the commissioning of the first assembly unit for IWIS Engine Systems - the German manufacturer of distribution chains. It is a project with a current area of 6,700 square meters, with the possibility of expanding up to 10,000 square meters.
“In Oradea, we will soon complete the first IWIS factory in Romania. It is a project that I am proud to talk about, because with the delivery of this assembly unit in Oradea, Global Vision reconfirms its role as ambassador in attracting investments in Romania. IWIS is an automotive manufacturer with a centuries-old tradition. It is a real honor for us to work on this project with German engineers and create value for the local community in this way. At this point, the unit is almost ready and work is underway to assemble the assembly technology lines. We are working on finishing the office spaces, putting into operation the VRF air conditioning systems, compressed air, chilled technological water, toilets and outdoor platforms. In parallel, we are working with IWIS engineering teams on IT systems and connecting the server room”, added Raul Petrache, technical director of Global Vision

Also in the west of the country, Global Vision delivered at the end of last year 20,000 sq m of logistics space in Timișoara Industrial Park II, an area later leased to companies such as NDB and DS Smith.
In the previous years, Global Vision developed the turnkey factories of the Litens, Valeo, Honeywell groups, but also logistics, for the German tire manufacturer Continental from Timişoara. (source: Global Vision)
