In 2020, WDP has completed 223,000 sqm of logistics with  an investment of €134 million.
WDP has under construction new warehouses with an area of 188,000 sqm all over Romania. The company will deliver in 2021 within the logistics park from Ștefăneștii de Jos a warehouse of 22,000 sqm for the retailer LPP, as well as one of 10,000 sqm for Decathlon. 
Two warehouses of 58,000 sqm in Craiova and another of 12,000 sqm in Roman will also be delivered for Profi retailer and another 11,000 sqm warehouse is scheduled for delivery this year for Rosti in Paulesti.

New projects are also budgeted with €10 million, 2,200 sqm warehouse at Cluj for FedEx and one of 15,600 sqm near Bucharest for Eobuwie.

WDP has a portfolio of 1.09 million sqm of logistics and industrial space in Romania, valued at €742 million and has a market share of 21%. (source: WDP)
