MLP Group, a leading European logistics and industrial real estate platform, recorded its strongest leasing performance to date in 2024. Over the year, the Group leased a total of approximately 305,000 sqm of space, including 225,000 sqm under new contracts – an 82% increase year on year. During this period, MLP Group secured 22 new clients, while 20% of total leasing activity came from existing tenants.

MLP Group has secured a lease agreement with a leading supplier of automotive replacement parts and industrial cooling solutions. The tenant will occupy 20,100 square meters of warehouse and office space at the MLP Bucharest West logistics center. The facility is set to be completed and handed over in November 2025. The transaction was brokered by the real estate consultancy company Newmark Polska.

Romania’s largest distributor of household appliances and home electronics has renewed its lease contract for more than 8,100 sqm of space at the MLP Bucharest West logistics park.
MLP Group has completed phase two expansion of MLP Bucharest West, its logistics park near Romania’s capital city. The new facility has delivered 16,000 sqm of space designed to contemporary standards, which has already been fully leased.
