MLP Group has signed a new long-term lease agreement at the MLP Bucharest West logistics center. NRF has leased a total of 20,100 square meters, including 18,600 square meters for warehousing and 1,500 square meters for a modern office. Under the agreement, the tenant will gain full access to the new facility in November this year. The transaction was brokered by the real estate consultancy company Newmark Polska.
NRF is a leading supplier of automotive replacement parts and industrial cooling solutions.
The new facility is being developed for the tenant as part of the third phase of the MLP Bucharest West expansion. The first two phases delivered a total of 38,000 square meters of modern space, which is now fully leased. Once the dedicated space for NRF is completed, the total leased area will exceed 58,000 square meters. Considering the target size of the logistics center, which will reach 99,000 square meters, 41,000 square meters will remain available for lease.

MLP Bucharest West is located in Romania’s most popular warehouse region. Situated near the ring road in the northwestern part of Bucharest, in the Chitila district, it offers optimal conditions for distribution and logistics operations. MLP Bucharest West is a Class A industrial and logistics project. It is being developed on an 18.3-hectare plot and will ultimately provide 99,000 square meters of warehouse space, complete with numerous amenities and excellent surrounding road infrastructure.
