Preparations are now under way to move forward to phase three. Located in Romania’s main warehouse hub, MLP Bucharest West will ultimately offer a total of 99,000 sqm of space.
MLP Bucharest West has been expanded to include a new 16,000-sqm facility, completed within a swift seven-month timeframe. The new warehouse unit has been fully taken up by tenants. Currently, the MLP Bucharest West logistics centre comprises 38,000 sqm of completed space (as phase one was delivered in 2021), fully occupied by tenants. Ultimately, its total leasable area is to reach 99,000 sqm. In accordance with MLP Group’s standard, the new project meets the highest environmental sustainability standards and is to be BREEAM certified.
