CTP expands its portfolio in Cluj-Napoca with an investment of EUR 15 million

CTP, the leading premium industrial parks developer and long term manager in Romania and Central and Eastern Europe, invests 15 million euros in the development of a new logistics park near Cluj-Napoca. CTPark Cluj II will be located in Florești and will benefit of a total leasable area of 29,000 m². Mihai Tudose Promises Ford the Pitesti - Sibiu Highway
