SPACEPLUS offers high-quality storage space to SMEs that are expanding and looking for flexible solutions.
SPEEDWELL’s project provides 10,000 sqm of storage space, with units ranging from 400 to 600 and a clear height of 6m. Thanks to the built-in modularity of the concept, tenants can join multiple units to reach the surface they need.
After SPACEPLUS’ recent delivery of Phase 1, SPEEDWELL’s latest industrial product is gathering more and more tenants under the same roof. One of the first tenants to sign an agreement is Arhivatorul.
Founded in 2015, Arhivatorul is the first company in Romania to develop a “ZERO PAPER on offices” integrated business management service solution, with the aim of eliminating paper and digitizing companies, in four simple steps: physical archiving and document storage, retro-digitization of the archive and storage of scanned documents, digitization of companies through business management solutions, digital signature and legal electronic archive.
After a constant rhythm of growth in recent years, featuring warehouses in Cluj and Timisoara, Arhivatorul is expanding its business in the capital city, thanks to SPACEPLUS.
SPACEPLUS is addressing the needs of SMEs in search of standardized storage or production units for rent, which can be used for light industrial and/or logistical purposes, a perfect match for Arhivatorul as they were on the lookout for storage spaces with high fire rating.
Moreover, all spaces have built-in sprinklers. SPACEPLUS also provides additional services, such as heating with individual thermostats for each space and bespoke office space fitouts.
Located close to the A1 highway exit, in the north-west of Bucharest, SPACEPLUS offers direct access to the ring road and an easy route to and from the city centre.
“Our aim with SPACEPLUS was to introduce on the Romanian market a product offering high-quality units with built-in specifications, prepared to host without modifications businesses such as Arhivatorul. We are talking here about small and medium enterprises that are aiming at expansion, something we have always been supportive of. Hence, we are grateful the SPACEPLUS concept’s value is being recognized and can actively contribute to the growth of other enterprises.” stated Jan Demeyere, Architect and CO-Founder SPEEDWELL.
Construction works have started in November 2021 and the first phase of the project has been delivered in August 2022.
SPEEDWELL’s plan is to turn the SPACEPLUS concept into a nationwide brand with by developing multiple locations across Romania’s main cities.
