The Sofino logistics park is being developed on a 137 ha plot of land situated 32 km from the MKAD on highway M-5 (Novoryazanskoye Shosse) near the town of Sofino. The logistics park will include warehouse buildings for lease and build-to-suit facilities for sale. The project will be developed in several phases: commissioning of the first phase is scheduled for the second quarter of 2014 and the final phase will be ready in 2018. In July 2013, the Urban Planning Council for the Moscow region approved the concept of the Sofino industrial and warehouse complex. Technopark Sofino LLC is acting as the developer and managing company for the project.

Colliers International has been appointed the exclusive lease and sales agent for the warehouse premises of the Sofino logistics park. The first phase of the project, which entails the construction of 89,000 sqm of warehouse space, is now underway. This building will consist of 8 blocks of equal area to be offered for lease. Completion of this phase is planned for the second quarter of 2014.
