The initial deal comprises the purchase of a 13,000 sqm logistics warehouse, fully leased, alongside 31,000 sqm of land.
This acquisition aligns with CCP Cooperatief’s strategy to develop a portfolio of valuable real estate in Romania, enhancing both company assets and user benefits.
The upcoming phase of the acquisition is scheduled for April 2025 and will concentrate on acquiring the other buildings situated in Ștefăneștii de Jos, which have already been secured through Step 1 of the transaction.
