Coca-Cola HBC Romania will occupy a space in warehouse 11 within the P3 logistics park in Bucharest, a space.  Warehouse 11 is one of the newest buildings in the park, completed in 2017 and has over 40,000 sqm of storage space. 
Mobexpert has rented a space in warehouse 2. This space will serve as an outsourced warehouse of the Mobexpert store in Militari, and customers will be able to pick up their ordered furniture from this store or online, directly from the P3 Bucharest A1 park.

P3 Park Bucharest A1 is the largest multifunctional park in Bucharest, with 380,000 sqm developed, comprising 14 warehouses, and land that allows the construction of another 100,000 m2 of spaces, with potential delivery within 8-12 months, direct access to A1 , belt and direct connection to the pan-European corridor 4.
