Nora Hațegan joined PointPark Properties (P3) team in 2012 as leasing manager and helped the setting of the Bucharest based office. Hațegan was involved in every aspects that leaded to Romanian presence growth, working with many international auto and retail companies.

Before joining P3 team, Hategan worked in communication and sales for a consultancy company. She held a master degree in International Business at the Sheffield University and speaks fluently English and French.

The company is present in Romania since 2010. In 2011, the company’s officials announced the intention of developing locally the first 40,000 sqm of logistic spaces. Back them the president of Local Council in Dolj has declared that PointPark Properties has sent a letter of intent for a logistic park that would host Ford retailers and suppliers that have no intention to start a greenfield type investment.
