Dacia sold in the first two months of the year 1,848 new cars, according to the British Association of car producers and dealers (SMMT) data quoted by Mediafax.

 

The Romanian brand’s market share increased to 0.91 percent in the first two months of this year, from 0.83 percent in the same period of 2013.

 

British car market rose by 8.2 percent in January-February against the same period in 2014, to 241,814 units, February being the 36th consecutive month of growth.

 

By comparison, in France, Dacia’s largest market, the Romanian brand’s new car registrations fell by 15.8 percent in the first two months of the year, while Dacia sales in Germany fell by 11.2 percent. (source: business-review.eu)
