The park’s first tenant, the logistics company DPD, has already opened its distribution center at the site. DPD invested €5.5m into the new facility, which will serve all of Slovakia. The building, staffed with 80 employees, currently offers 2,800 sqm of storage and 627 sqm of offices space. It may be expanded in the future.

 

Immopark Žilina has room to offer a total of 150,000 sqm of logistics and industrial space. Erste Group Immorent recently opened the second warehouse at its Immopark in Košice. The park will offer 250,000 sqm once completed. Tenants includes Dachser Faurencia, Raben and U-Shin. (source: cijjournal.com)
