The Germans paid EUR 1.8 million for the land owned by the City Hall in Valea Iaşului, and the investment for the factory could exceed EUR 15 million, according to Nicolae Barbu, the mayor of the village.

„This sale was requested by them, and we put on bid this land and they won it. The 14 ha are in the close vicinity of the land they already own in the village“, Nicolae Barbu has declared for ZF.
