The transaction includes two production facilities, the administrative office and the corresponding land.
The investments needed for the fit out of the new production facilities, as well as the modern equipments reach EUR 1.5 million, according to Elmas.
Elmas Brasov was founded in 1990 and ended 2012 with a turnover of 89.1 million lei, with 17% growth. The main shareholder of the company, with 40.3% of the capital, is the businessman Marton Geza, the rest of the shares being owned by other individuals.
Steel & Alu Building’s business went down in 2012 to 5.3 million lei, from 6.2 million in the previous year. The company, in insolvency, is owned by Alukonstrukt Hungary. (source: wall-street.ro)
