The contract has been signed for a 10-year period and it includes the option of expanding the leased surface by 4,000 sqm.

Timisoara Airport Park is only partially developed. It hosts auto companies Valeo (27,474 sqm) and Continental which will move in next March (45,360 sqm). Both companies have the option to develop additional facilities in the property.

When completed, the industrial park will feature a total of 124,000 sqm of light industrial/office space, making it one of the largest in the country.

Globalworth Real Estate Investments is controlled by Greek businessman Ioannis Papalekas. The company’s real estate portfolio comprises of properties totaling over 450,000 sqm (GLA).
