The current shareholders plan to float about 10% of their shares.

The listing comes after they turned the company into a joint stock company at the end of last year.

“We took all the necessary steps to carry out the listing, which will probably be completed by the end of this month,” said the company’s founder Octavian Badescu, cited by local wall-street.ro.
