Segro started construction of the 6,000 sqm new goods pick-up facility recently, where IKEA plans to start operations by January 2014. Cushman & Wakefield Industrial Team brokered the deal for IKEA. The development of a new phase of the park will require the construction of a new exit off the high speed R6 road, opening the location up to further development.
