ECONOMICA.NET has identified the companies Almera New Capital Investment, Log Center Sibiu, Log Center Brașov, Log Center Ploiești, Logistic Contractor, Arbor Corporation, Pantelimon II Development, Dacian Second and Freeze 1 Development as having new shareholders: Corridor (CEE) Holdco B.V. and Corridor (Romania) Holdco II B.V.

Six of these companies has received major capital infusion with a total value exceeding EUR 82 million according to ECONOMICA.NET calculations based on the data published by the Trade Registry.

Immofinanz signed in November last year a sale agreement for its entire logistics portfolio, including properties in Romania.

Total rentable area of the properties in Romania is 52,341 sq. m with 95.3 pct occupancy rate. Revenues from rents generated by the industrial properties of Immofinanz were of nearly EUR 600,000 in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2015-2016, according to data in the company’s financial report.
