"The production unit in Verești was our first factory, and after its inauguration in 1999, it has undergone several modernizations over the last few years. However, after 23 years of operation and in the current context of the profile market, we have decided to invest heavily and to completely change the production lines ", said Sebastian Bobu, Executive Director of Symmetrica.

According to his statements, the factory in Suceava County has been operating, until now, through two production lines - one of high capacity and one of medium capacity. With the completion of the refurbishment works, the two lines will be completely replaced with two more of higher capacity, being carried out, at the same time, rehabilitation and modernization of the industrial space and office area.

The company also put into operation recently the eighth factory in its portfolio, in Solca (Suceava), following an investment of 2 million euros. It is dedicated to the production of elements for sewer systems.

Moreover, since the middle of last year, the company has allocated funds of 9 million euros for the expansion with new production lines dedicated to the manufacture of elements for sewerage systems for five of the seven units it owns.
