"We signed on Wednesday the contract for building the newest industrial park in Cluj county Tetarom 4, with the associate companies ACI, Electromontaj, Nordcomforest, Erbi Prodcom. The value of the investment is 36.3 million lei, the financing being insured from multiple sources, such as the local busget, EU funds and national budget. A new industrial park will be opened to investors in the proximity of Feleacu village, on 85 ha, where new jobs will be created. The execution duration is 20 months, including earthworks and viability works, as well as a warehouse", has declared on Wednesday in a press release the president of the Local Council of Cluj, Horea Uioreanu.

Viorel Gavrea, director of SC Tetarom SA, the company administrating the industrial parks of the Local Council Cluj, has declared that the negotiations with potential investors would start after the completion of the construction.

"We know what to do there. Tetarom 4 could host even a photovoltaic park, and the energy produced there could be sold", Gavrea said.

In Cluj county there are other three industrial parks managed by SC Tetarom SA, where companies such DeLonghi or Bosch are carrying out their business. (Source: wall-street.ro)
