The brand-new asset consists of c. 21,800 sqm warehouse space and c.1,200 sqm office and social spaces , and is 72% pre-let to three customers whose businesses are growing or relocating.
Mediplus, a full-line pharmaceutical wholesaler and existing customer in the Bucharest I Logistics Park, has taken an additional space of c.5,500 sqm to expand the business and accommodate a fully automatised e-commerce distribution system, the first of its kind in the Romanian market.
Alka, a snacks manufacturer, expanded on c.5,300 sqm to meet the needs of their growing operations.
Rotis Lux, a wheel tyres distributor, leased c.6,000 sqm to consolidate the storage and distribution activities in the new location.

Currently, the Bucharest I Logistics Park consists of four buildings with a total space of approx. 150,000 sqm, 96% leased by leading international and local companies.
