The two industrial projects being built in Timisoara will be delivered in the first half of this year, according to the real estate company Cushman & Wakefield, reports local Mediafax.

The car industry supplier Continental has already rented 45,360 sqm, while the electronics company TT Electronic has rented 20,000 sqm.

In Bucharest companies haven’t start developing such projects, even though they have planned investments of millions of sqm.
