Yusen Logistics offers one-stop air and ocean freight-forwarding and contract logistics services from more than 400 locations in 37 countries around the world. The newly opened PointPark Prague D1 facility will significantly bolster the company’s capacity in the Czech Republic and the rest of Central Europe.

The 20,000 sqm facility has been fully customised to meet Yusen Logistics’ requirements and includes a central warehouse, an automotive cross-dock with 30 loading bays and four drive-in access ways as well as additional skylights and state-of-the-art intelligent lighting and office space of approx. 1,000 sqm. Construction of the building began in January and was completed in June, two weeks ahead of schedule, after which a specialised fit-out and testing period began.

Vacancy rates at PointPark Prague D1, which is located near Strancice, approximately 15 minutes from Prague city centre, on Exit 15 off D1 Highway (Prague – Brno – Bratislava), now stand at just 3 percent.
