'The modernization and 16.8 ha extension works of TETAROM I Industrial Park will be carried by the association made of S.C ACI SA Cluj, S.C Nord Conforest SA and S.C Electromontaj SA, the value of the contract being 42,131,559 lei excluding of VAT, from which the grant through the European Fund for Regional Development is 50 pct.', shows a press release sent to AGERPRES by CJ Cluj.

Through the development and extension of the industrial park, the local authorities target the expansion of the activity in the field of support services for business, which will support both the local companies and the foreign investments.

Tetarom I currently occupies 320,000 sq. m and has 100 pct. occupancy rate, with over 2,000 working places. The park includes a multifunctional warehouse with 1,700 sq. m office spaces and 3,200 production spaces, a business incubator with over 1,100 sq. m offices and a Business Center.

In Tetarom I there are companies such as are EnergoBit, Banca Transilvania, RCC Consult, EGH Import Export, Agressione Expres Impex, Siemens or CBC Development Design, the total value of their investments reaching over EUR 60 million. (source: economica.net)
