Both spaces, dedicated to the operational activities, represent customized solutions that meet the specific requirements of the client. The logistics space has been prepared for VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) racks and is equipped with a sprinkler system in the rack, over the entire surface, and the cross-dock is equipped with 14 truck docks plus 1 drive-in, which means almost a dock per 100 sq.m.
