P3 Logistic Parks (“P3”) has signed a lease agreement with Interbrands Marketing & Distribution for 24,830 square meters of logistics and office space in the P3 Bucharest A1 park. Interbrands has been a customer of the park since 2006 and has decided to move to a larger warehouse that can accommodate Orbico Group's expansion for operations in Romania. On this occasion, Interbrands also begins the implementation of an extensive logistics automation project in the new warehouse.
Continental Automotive Systems has started the works to expand the research and development center in Timisoara. The investment in the new building amounts to over 33 million euros.

The real estate developer CTP, the largest owner of warehouses in Romania, intends to purchase the Equest Logistic Center park, located on the western outskirts of Bucharest, from the British Equest Balkan Properties fund at a price of about 28 million, according to Profit.ro estimates.
The Dutch-Belgian retailer Mega Image, present locally with more than 700 stores, doubles the surface of the logistics warehouse in Stefanestii de Jos to 8 hectares.
