CTP, the leading premium industrial park developer and long-term property manager in Romania and CEE, and NETWORK ONE DISTRIBUTION (NOD), the leader of the Romanian IT&C distribution market, expand their cooperation in CTPark Bucharest West, reaching circa 44,000 m² of logistics spaces leased in two buildings. A new agreement was concluded for an extension of approximately 14,000 m², situated in a new warehouse that will be finalized in Q4 2018. NOD already occupies over 30,000 m² of logistics spaces in CTPark Bucharest West that were delivered in 2017.
CTP, the leading premium industrial parks developer and long-term manager in Romania and Central and Eastern Europe, invests over EUR 13 million in the extension of CTPark Timisoara with 32,000 m², due to the increasing demand in the Western area of the country. CTP’s portfolio in Timisoara includes two logistic parks: CTPark Timisoara I that was acquired in 2015 and has a total size of 10,000 m² GLA and CTPark Timisoara II, the extension currently under development by the company. The construction works at the extension of CTPark Timisoara are ongoing and will be finalized in December 2017.
