P3 Logistic Parks (“P3”) closed transactions for 78,000 square meters of office and logistics space in Romania in the first nine months of this year. ORESA INDUSTRA announces the expansion of the area of the SOLO logistics park in Letcani commune, Iași county, which will reach over 35,000 m2 in the second half of 2023. After obtaining the construction permit, the company will build a new warehouse of 10,000 m2, available for rent to companies national and international with local logistics needs.
