In November 2014, dalli closed an agreement with P&G on acquiring the factory’s location, the assets for the production of laundry and dishwasher detergents, as well as the transfer of 200 employees to dalli group. The deal also included a multi-year supply agreement between dalli group and P&G for the products made in Timisoara.

“The acquisition in Timisoara as well as the supplying agreement with Procter & Gamble provides a necessary and consistent action in implementing the strategic objectives of dalli group to expand the industrial business with international industrial clients”, said Hermann Wirtz, President and major shareholder of dalli group.

The dalli group is known in Europe for the manufacturing of home and personal care products mainly for the retailers’ private brands. P&G was producing in Timisoara laundry detergent under the Ariel, Tide and Bonux brands. (source: Romania-insider.com)
