„We bought four industrial parks in Romania, with nearly 98,500 sqm rentable area in strategic locations. We are still in process of taking over of the last asset with development potential – Bucharest Distribution Park in Mogoşoaia. Moreover, we secured lands in Braşov, Sibiu, Glina, Bucureşti and Timişoara and reached a total of more than one million square metres“, says Roman Skowronski, head of asset management for Central and Eastern Europe within Logicor.
