Oradea: Former thermal plant will be reconverted to industrial park

An industrial park built on the ruins of former industrial mammoths; this could be the solution for the disaffected “CET”.   It is already applied in Oradea, where a former thermal plant was bought by an association of companies for more than EUR 6 millions. They will demolish the complex, ecologies the facilities and build the fourth industrial park of the city.

 Ramnicu Valcea: The future IT Park will be developed on nearly 30 acres near the industrial area, close to Faurecia Vâlcea.

Choosing of the location for the IT ark is ideal as all the main modern facilities are easy reachable, the industrial infrastructure already being in place.

The value of the entire project would be around 47 million dollars. The investments will start in the beginning of 2017-18. The industrial units and administrative facilities will be developed using the newest technologies, in order to be conform to the current demands of the EU.

 Bistrita –The first plots of land were conceded within Bistrița Sud industrial park.
