Dunwell Romanian company TeraPlast will occupy an area of 5,000 sqm (1,500 sqm of warehouse and 3,500 of external platform) in the warehouse of Mega Distribution Center, in Chiajna.

The transaction was signed in March 2020 for a value of approximately EUR 30 million
The volume of real estate investments in Romania in 2019 exceeded the limit of one billion euros, totaling about 1.06 billion euros, up 7% from the level recorded in 2018, data from the research department of the real estate consultancy company CBRE Romania shows.

The investor and developer of logistics properties P3 has signed new lease agreements with two renowned companies: Coca-Cola HBC Romania and Mobexpert. The total area rented by the two companies in the P3 Bucharest A1 park is 5,000 square meters.
The real estate developer CTP, the largest owner of warehouses in Romania, intends to purchase the Equest Logistic Center park, located on the western outskirts of Bucharest, from the British Equest Balkan Properties fund at a price of about 28 million, according to Profit.ro estimates.
