CTP, the leading developer and manager of premium industrial parks in Romania and Central and Eastern Europe launches a new product for the local market - Premium Business Units. These multifunctional units combine office, production, storage and showroom space into one.
CTPark Bucharest is gladly hosting a new resident, FAN Courier, starting in September. The company has rented an area of approx. 2,000 sqm in the park in one of the recently launched small business units Premium Business Units, which is aimed at entrepreneurs and companies who want to have complete services at hand in the park and benefit from modern spaces between 1,000 and 3,000 sqm.
The investor and developer of logistics properties P3 has signed new lease agreements with two renowned companies: Coca-Cola HBC Romania and Mobexpert. The total area rented by the two companies in the P3 Bucharest A1 park is 5,000 square meters.
According to Dunwell data, in the first half of the year, about 280,000 square meters were traded in the industrial market, of which over 125,000 square meters were closed by the real estate consultancy agencies, the difference being direct transactions of the developers. About 50% of the total transactions of the first semester were signed in Bucharest, 70% of them being concluded by the consulting agencies. Other trading areas are Timișoara and Ploiești.
The volume of industrial and logistics rented in the first half of the year totaled 240,700 square meters, more than twice the level recorded in the corresponding period last year, of about 100,800 square meters.
One of Romania’s largest distributor of household appliances and home electronics has leased 8,400 m2 of modern warehouse space at MLP Bucharest West. The finished space is slated for delivery to Marelvi Impex in June this year. JLL and Dunwell advised on the transaction.
The office space segment was the star of first quarter of the year, with about 110,000 square meters traded, according to a recent analysis of the real estate market activity in the first quarter of the year, on the segments of office space, retail space and industrial and logistics space, conducted by CBRE.
