Low take-up in the first half on 2018 on the logistic and industrial market in Romania

According to a recent study published by Business Review, in the first half on 2018, demand for industrial & logistics spaces in Romania was of approximately 120,000 sqm. Compared to the same period of the previous year, about 320,000 sqm, the numbers indicate a dramatic fall of the transactions market.

More than a third of the logistics space demand came from the western region of Romania

The cities in the west of the country remain among the most attractive for the industrial segment. According to a study conducted by Colliers International Romania, the most attractive area for the warehouse market outside of the capital is the western region of the country, in terms of demand, distance from customs and existing industrial parks.

Leading UK manufacturer Teconnex leases space at First Property-owned warehouse in Tureni, Romania

First Property Group plc, the property fund manager and investor with operations in the United Kingdom and Central Europe, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a lease with Teconnex Ltd, for around one-third of its warehouse in Tureni, Romania. The rent payable by Teconnex amounts to some €135,000 per annum.

New clients for Ploiesti West Park
