CTP, the largest listed developer, owner and manager of industrial and logistics properties in Europe, measured by gross leasable area (GLA), announces the expansion of its partnership with RARA Logistic, a leading Romanian logistics provider. The collaboration now covers over 31,000 sqm in CTP parks in Bucharest, Sibiu and Deva, reinforcing both companies’ commitment to developing Romania’s logistics infrastructure.
CTP N.V. recorded Gross Rental Income of €664.1 million in the year, up 16.1% y-o-y, and like-for-like y-o-y rental growth of 4.0%, mainly driven by indexation and reversion on renegotiations and expiring leases. As at 31 December 2024, the annualised rental income came to €742.6 million and occupancy came to 93%.
Industrial developer CTP has announced the expansion of its collaboration with freight transport manager Delamode at the CTPark Bucharest industrial park.
Retailer H&M will open a distribution center in Romania, near Ploiești, 14 years after entering the local market. According to Cushman & Wakefield data, cited by economica.net, this is the largest warehouse delivered last year on the Romanian logistics and industrial market.

The development activity returned to growth during 2024, after a year (2023) which witnessed a 46% y-o-y decrease of the new supply, according to data from the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox real estate consultancy company.
Lion's Head Investments, a joint venture by AG Capital and Old Mutual Property and the owner of the Oregon Park office project in Romania, is entering the Romanian logistics market by acquiring a 155,000 sq m plot of land for the development of a logistics park.
