Tuborg Romania thus expands its existing storage space in order to ensure an increase and an operational efficiency of the distribution process in Bucharest and in the country. The new warehouse will become operational in January 2022 and will be the main distribution point for all alcoholic and non-alcoholic products in the company's portfolio.

Bogdan Costea, VP Logistic Tuborg Romania, declared: “We chose the CTP park in Ștefănești to expand the storage capacity and create a logistics center, because it offers us a space specially arranged for our needs, easy access to the main transport routes to the whole country and, last but not least, because it is positioned in the vicinity of the Tuborg factory ”.
The lease for the 10,300 m2 that Tuborg will occupy in CTPark Bucharest North was brokered by the real estate consulting company Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
CTPark Bucharest North, located in Ștefănești, Ilfov County, has a total area of 21 hectares, being developed following an initial investment of 65 million euros. In Bucharest, CTP has 5 industrial parks: CTPark Bucharest, CTPark Bucharest North, CTPark Bucharest West, CTPark Bucharest South, CTPark Chitila.
CTP is the largest developer of industrial and logistics parks in Central and Eastern Europe, with a portfolio of 6.6 million m² which it intends to expand to 10 million m² by 2023. In Romania, CTP has class A warehouses in 14 cities in Romania: Arad, Brașov, Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Craiova, Deva, Oradea, Pitești, Sibiu, Timișoara, Turda, Ineu, Caransebeș and Salonta.
