Mr Dascălu, 45, will be responsible for managing all CTP’s construction activities in Romania. He has an extensive experience in construction management on all real estate’s segments and previously coordinated the development of a network of multiple warehouses, hypermarkets, and office buildings. Mr Dascălu’s impressive career spreads on 20 years and include key positions in various local and international companies, but also consultancy activities for the Public Administration in infrastructure construction’s legislation issues.
From 2003 to 2005, he was consultant for the General Manager of Aedificia Carpati. For almost seven years he was Director of the retail company Kaufland Romania, where was actively involved in the development and implementation of building standards together with the international department. Between 2011 and 2013, Mr. Dascălu was the representative of Kaufland Romania at the Foreign Investors Council as a member in the committee of infrastructure, and also member at the Romanian-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce. He also worked as Secretary of State at the Ministry of European Funds, and was responsible for the Large Infrastructure Operational Program. Among other important projects in which Mr. Dascălu was involved, there was the refurbishing of the Ford Engine Plant in London.

Emanoil Dascălu graduated from the University for Construction Engineering in Regensburg, Germany and he started his activity as Construction Director of CTP Romania this week.
