Founded in 2005 as Losan Melapal, the company initially established itself as a producer of melamine chipboard and countertops, becoming a trusted partner for the furniture industry. In 2013, following its rebranding to Losan Depot, the company entered a new phase, focusing on the distribution of materials for furniture and interior design. Its seven regional warehouses in Bucharest, Brașov, Craiova, Cluj, Focșani, Roman, and Timișoara reflect the company's commitment to being close to its customers and delivering stock items within 24 hours.

Strategic Relocation for Operational Efficiency

The move to CTPark Bucharest North was driven by the need to optimize space and operational processes. Reducing the operational area from 6,000 sqm to 3,500 sqm enables improved efficiency and compliance with strict fire safety (ISU) regulations. Choosing a modern space tailored to the specific needs of its activity was essential to support the company’s complex production and storage flows.

A key factor in the decision was the technical configuration of the space, which includes customized access doors ideal for handling single-piece kitchen countertops. The space is divided between production and storage areas, and CTP demonstrated flexibility and speed in implementing the company’s technical requirements.

A Long-Term Partnership

The seven-year lease contract reflects Losan Depot’s confidence in the solutions offered by CTPark Bucharest North. “CTPark Bucharest North is an ideal destination for companies seeking customized, efficient, and scalable solutions. We are delighted to support Losan in optimizing their operations and contributing to their success through a space tailored to their specific needs,” said Viorela Olteanu, Business Developer at CTP Romania.

The relocation process was managed by Simon, Iuga & Partners, represented by Andrei Koszti, partner.
