He will oversee the company’s growth and strengthening in the Western region of Romania. CTP plans further developments in Transylvania in the second semester (S2) of 2018, with a strong focus on three of its parks: CTPark Sibiu, CTPark Timisoara II, and CTPark Cluj II.
Mr Paraschiv will discover and develop new business opportunities, while also managing the partnerships and future expansions of existing tenants, for all CTP’s strategic locations in Transylvania region. In this region, CTP owns several A-class logistics and industrial parks in the following cities: Arad, Cluj-Napoca, Deva, Sibiu, Timișoara, Turda, Ineu and Salonta. Mr. Paraschiv’s extensive experience was acquired during a career that spreads on more than 17 years and include key positions in major companies located in Cluj county. Previous to joining CTP, Mr. Paraschiv have spent almost 3 years as Branch Manager and Commercial Director within the Romanian-Dutch company E van Wijk, the first private transport firm in Cluj-Napoca, founded in 1992. With over 10 years of experience as Sales Director in the automotive industry in Cluj-Napoca, he is an excellent choice for building CTP’s market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships in this region.

CTP plans in the Western region of the country for the second half of 2018, include the delivery of circa 39.000 m2 GLA and the beginning of new construction works for more than 32.000 m2 GLA, with estimated delivery dates in 2019. These activities will be distributed as following:
• In CTPark Cluj II, strategically located in the proximity of International Cluj Airport, three warehouses with a total surface of 30,000 m² will be finalized in Q4 2018, out of which 21.000 m² are available for lease;
• CTPark Timișoara II, a perfect location for distribution, logistics and manufacturing purposes, being located at 6 km from International Airport of Timişoara and at 1 km distance from the A1 Highway to Arad and Timişoara ring road, will reach circa 32,000 m² GLA, out of which 4,500 m² are currently available for lease.
• CTPark Sibiu, a strategic location right next to the A1 motorway and near two European routes (E68 and E81) connecting Sibiu with the Hungarian border, will reach 50,000 m2 GLA which are available for lease in Q2 2019.
The western part of the country is the region with one of the highest economic development, registering one of the most substantial levels of demand for industrial and logistics spaces throughout Romania.
