What are the advantages of the LED lighting? Firstly, it reduces energy costs. The new Smart LED technology to be implemented by CTP in its logistics parks approximates 30 pct. savings in energy consumption compared to the previous system.

By choosing to switch to Led lighting, CTP not only will decrease utilities costs by reducing ebergy consumption for its clients, but will also increase the quality of their working spaces.
LED lighting produces larger luminosity, increases visibility and the warm light contributes to the making of a more enjoyable work environment. Moreover, a lighter working area increases the safety by reducing the accidents risk due to low visibility.

“Currently, the modernization of the exterior lighting system of CTPark Bucharest West is nearly 100 pct completed and totals approx. 150 changed lamps. During the year, CTP will implement the changing of the current lighting system with the new LED technology for an area of nearly 400,000 m2 of spaces and will collaborate with the clients in order to adapt the system instalment to their requests”, says Stefan de Goeij, Head of Property Management Department CTP.

Other advantages of the Smart LED lighting aim the installation maintenance expenses, due to spare parts which are easy to replace.
