The prize was awarded to Iulia Bușcă, Commercial & Business Development Manager for CTP in Romania, on Tuesday, the 15th of May, during the ceremony held in Bucharest. CTP received this award in recognition for its important contribution in the field of sustainable developments and for the active role played as one of the most significant investors on the local market. The Gala is part of the annual EURO-Constructions International Conference on Sustainable Constructions and Energy Efficiency.
“We are very happy for receiving this award that is an acknowledgement of our intensive growth rhythm and high quality standard developments throughout the country. CTP is completely dedicated to its tenants and their needs, and the company’s business vision is centred on delivering the best warehouses in terms of technical specifications and environmental preservation. Our success is undeniably the result of the great collaboration we have with our clients, and also with our banking partners, the local authorities, and other close collaborators, collaboration for which we are very thankful for. We aim to continuously evolve together with our clients and this is, from our point of view, the key to a successful business”, stated Iulia Bușcă, Commercial & Business Development Manager for CTP Romania.
In 2017, CTP registered the most accelerated development pace since entering the Romanian market and targets to reach a total lettable area of 1.5 million m² by 2019. This growth is organic, being driven by the company’s long-term clients increased demand of storage and production spaces.
In 2018, the developer’s plans include strengthening its position as the largest logistics parks owner from the vicinity of Bucharest and other key locations in Romania where the company owns properties, such as: Cluj-Napoca, Timișoara and Pitești. In the logistics and industrial parks located in these three cities, CTP will finalize almost 70,000 m2 GLA, throughout 2018.
CTP also aims for an expansion of at least 300,000 m², having as main focus the area situated near the capital, where the company has three logistics parks whose cumulated surface is estimated to reach 680,000 m² by the end of 2018. One of the biggest and most ambitious CTP’s project is the development of CTPark Bucharest West, a property designed to become the largest logistics and industrial park in Eastern Europe with a built area projected to reach 700,000 m² by 2020. The property is prominently located at kilometre 23 west of Bucharest city centre, with direct access to A1 motorway, and is being developed in a spectacular pace in terms of total surface and growth rate.
