The construction of CTP Park Cluj II, with an area of 30,000 square meters, started this spring and will be completed in three stages, full delivery being scheduled for the end of the year.
In Cluj County, CTP completed the development of CTPark Cluj I, a logistic park with a total leasable area of 33,500 square meters, located 13 kilometers from the center of Cluj-Napoca, near the airport. The warehouse that was completed in November 2017 is occupied by one of CTP's strategic customers, Profi retailer.
In CTPark Timişoara II and CTPark Cluj II 8,000 square meters and 9,000 square meters respectively were built and leased. The space in Cluj was contracted by Ursus Breweries, while Van Moer leased a new space of 23,000 square meters in CTPark Bucharest West. Other contracts that the company has concluded for renting the premises include the CTPark Bucharest extension for Pepsi and DHL and CTPark Arad with Raben.
The company is building another 50,000 square meters in Bucharest in the CTPark Bucharest and CTPark Bucharest West projects. CTP holds CTPark Network, the largest integrated premium business park system in Central Europe, with 4.5 million square meters of Class A space in over 80 strategic points.
