The logistics provider leases 11,000 sqm at the park, which is located to the west of Prague. The deal was brokered by DTZ, which represented the tenant.

Vamar has been operating its distribution center at ALP for four years. Martin Šumera, head of the Industrial Team at DTZ, says that the logistics provider considered relocating after the park was sold to CTP, but CTP agreed to Vamar’s lease conditions.
