Romania will have 90 new kilometres of highway by the end of this year, to which about 45 kilometres of by-pass roads could be added, while about 250 kilometres will be new rehabilitated and improved roads, said the general manager of National Company for Road Infrastructure Administration (CNAIR), Ştefan Ioniţă, in an interview with AGERPRES.
